Do not rely on the swimming being available here. It often is effected by blue algae, which is just a natural plan that is toxic to swim in. The picnic areas are fun, the trails are fun to run, and hike. People love the disc golf course here. The renovations are promising, I look forward to returning when it is all done.

This is a lovely state park! Came after work with some coworkers to see the disc golf course. There weren’t many people here so it was quiet and relaxing. This park has lots to offer. Beaches, fishing, hiking, boating. The sun was setting over the hills and trees and we got beautiful views.

Beautiful area. Reminds me of back home in Tennessee. Definitely great place to bring the kids! Planning a trip up here this summer with them. This is only 4 miles from gravity hill which is really cool experience!

Beautiful, but it was very cold in January. It was the sight of the 2024 Polar Bear Plunge to raise money for The Central PA Special Olympics. Even though the lake was frozen, they chopped a hole in it for the people to plunge in when it was 15⁰ F with 20 MPH Winds. Brave Soles, but a nice park to do it in
