Great venue for lots of different functions. Also great staff her helped us with our function with full passion. This is not found this days at lot of places.

Love how they repurposed this place. Nice Trails and good hills, as well as looping around the whole way. Only downside is some coldstream residents seem to think they own the trail that crosses near their property line.. so you will get the occasional leer when venturing further down. Also would be careful with small dogs or children, as i've encountered a few off leash dogs or behind flimsy fences.

My neice's school had an event here last Monday and its a very nice place to hold an event. So thinking i'd have my daughters sweet 16 there I looked into the rental prices. $100 an hour with a minimum rental time of 4 hours !!! Its a nice place but its not THAT nice!!
