In terms of disc golf, a very short 9 hole beginners course that is in a very VERY busy park. No arrows or map showing where some of the baskets are, so some searching for a couple of the pads is necessary unless you've played here before. This is a course you can play in 30 mins if it's just you. All that being said, the park is hoppin! The playground has super fun areas for everyone to play, pavilions for at least 4 birthday parties we saw while there on a Saturday. Basketball courts looked brand new and well kept, and the same goes for the pickle ball courts. This definitely isn't some place you would go looking for a serene nature environment as it's a park filled with lots of fun noises from people being out and enjoying themselves. The path around the park is well kept and would be easy to run, walk, or Rollerblade. This is also a dog friendly park. Overall, Gower Park is absolutely a catch-all for a place for the family to go, and everyone find something fun they would like to do. Sitting on the tank was fun, too. 3 stars because we came here specifically for the disc golf, and the disc golf course is meh. 5 stars for the rest of the park, though.

Gower Estates Park is a hidden gem in Greenville! It’s a perfect spot for families, with well-maintained playgrounds, plenty of open space for picnics, and a beautiful walking trail that’s great for a leisurely stroll or a morning jog. There are also tennis courts and a basketball court for those looking to get active. But most importantly, brand new Pickleball courts, which I love! And they have shaded seating next to them as well. The park is clean, safe, and not too crowded usually, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend it for anyone in the area!

Pickleballers, this park is on a summit, so it's usually windy. It's still a great park for many sports and just for walking around in.

Experienced a really cool moment yesterday and hope someone has it on video. Keevin was allowed to hit during a softball game yesterday. While there were runners on and three outs. Those of you who know Kevin will understand. He hit the ball and reached 1stand his smile said it all! Thanks you to both teams for allowing this moment. Glad to see it!!

My nieces love this park. The playground equipment is nice and there are 2 different play areas, basket ball courts and disk golf. My only complaint is that there were no open restrooms when we went probably due to the construction. The parking lot is also very small but other that that great playground equipment for children.
