Peaceful Park but Needs a Few Improvements The park is wonderful—very secluded and feels like a true escape from the city noise. It’s a great spot to unwind! However, there are a couple of issues. Bugs are abundant (understandable for a forested area), but some treatment could help manage them. Also, there are no trash cans, which is inconvenient, especially for the many dog walkers who have nowhere to dispose of waste bags. Overall, a lovely spot that could benefit from a few small improvements!

Absolutely gorgeous park, with wide, well maintained trails and a variety of different scenery. We did the orange and white trail, which was about 3 miles. Beautiful forests, with a variety of critters. And then it opens up into an amazing avenue of oaks in the heart of the park. Highly recommend for a scenic, easy, interesting walk!

Insanely beautiful walk. Perfect loop options to take around the park. Lovely.

Rode the trail on my bike. As beginner mountain bikes, this trail was great!

Spent a lovely spring Saturday morning walking the loop. Saw a baby alligator at one of the ponds. Enjoyed the oak alley. Saw lots of people on the trail but it wasn’t crowded. Can’t wait to do it again!
