Not a bad dog park. Just don't let your dog drink out of the lake they will get sick

My dogs loves the dog park. Great fun. Nice walking trails too.

We loved the Tommy Schumpert Dog Park. There are two separate sides for small dogs and big dogs. It is one of the Petsafe sponsored parks. There is also a third section that has a small man made and maintained pond with a dock-diving dock and ramp for pups who like to get wet! The grounds were nicely kept and the water was surprisingly not as muddy as you would think. My dogs love being able to get in and out of the water easily and having plenty of rocks to climb on and explore. There were also benches in this area.

First dog park we have been to in Knoxville. Most of the dogs were very friendly and nice to be around. Owners were great, too. Loved being able to play with my dog and then let her swim. She loved it. Except for the spot where you get out is pretty rocky and my dogs feet were pretty sore.

This park is great. It's the perfect place to walk by yourself, with friends, or even with your furry friends. It has a fenced in dog park with a pond for the dogs to play in. The walking trail winds around the soccer fields and through the woods and eventually ends up at Sterchi Hills Park. It has a covered gazebo as well. There is a large frisbee golf course also. The course runs beside a small (family-owned?) cemetery. I walk this trail nearly every day for exercise. I love the trail and most of the people walking are nice and friendly. The staff there is very nice and friendly as well. The grounds are well-kept, and it has soccer fields, baseball fields, frisbee golf course, and football fields. The only thing it lacks is basketball. Great peaceful park overall, I highly recommend it.
