Nice course... Needs to have places to cross the stream when the water is up so u don't get your feet soaked...

Fairly nice park big area to play with your dogs. Tennis court and plenty of picnic tables in the shade.

Oldest disc golf in Texas, so you know you have to try it. Couple of things of note, this course is old school, like disc golf was a clear after-thought. Try not to hit the homeless, they are getting away from the heat in places that discs like to fly into (I’m totally exaggerating, there was only one man taking a nap, no biggie). Enjoy your game! I read the reviews before going, so my expectations were in the right place, and I enjoyed my game a lot.

Over the last two years, this course has done a fantastic 180. It used to be in sad condition but now has brand new baskets, a full 18 hole course, three possible start points and new turf tees. You've got to check it out if you haven't been there lately. It's the oldest disc golf course in Texas so it is a must to play it.

Convenient location for a disc golf course but good lord does it need completely overhauled. The swampy water hazards on this course are nuts. Extremely difficult if not impossible to retrieve a disc at times. The hole placement could be improved dramatically as well. Hole 3 has you blind throwing right into the shared fairway of hole 18, as they share a basket. Hole 16 is oddly also just hole 2 but a tee box just 25’ back - extremely dumb. The park looks to have had its permanent campers cleared out as of lately which is a big plus as we already have lost Roy G course to homeless encampments. As of today it’s in desperate need of mowing, but I think they try to mow every two months from what I can tell driving by. TLDR: it’s a poor course, but convenient.
