First time coming here. Small park with a small playground and no parking lot. Lots of street parking, but you’re in a neighborhood so please be respectful. There’s a nice peaceful path that goes along the park and stream and you can wrap around into the neighborhood to make a full roundtrip. Overall, peaceful little trail and pet friendly too. Lots of benches and even little book stations. Just can’t stand when people don’t pickup after their pets poop. I jogged here and it was approximately under 2 miles. Located across Blinn College on East Villa Maria.

SO wanted to get some drive thru but didn't want to go home yet so we found ourselves looking for a place to enjoy it outside. We remembered this little park that we used to run through back in the day and decided to give it a try. I know, it's Texas, in June, thinking we were a bit nuts, huh? But it was alright! Lots of trees with ample shade along with the strategically placed benches under said trees made it enjoyable. And since there's not any tall structures, there was even a nice breeze. Park had a running trail, kids games, one of those little 'libraries', and a very well maintained flower garden. 👍

There is an owl there every time I've been!! It's peaceful and pretty. Love it!

Nice quiet walk through the park. Turtles and butterflies can be seen at times.

Stunning park and amazing playground!! This is a favorite of my three granddaughters!! There are many features such as a butterfly garden with a lending library box, a creek running alongside the park that offers great sightings of turtles for the excited children, a lovely walking path, and wide open space.
