The City and County have done a great job with this public space. It's very convenient for most residents of Georgetown and less than 5 minutes from where I live. There are miles of paved trails along the river. You can hike, bike, run, fish, picnic, and there are playgrounds and even Frisbee golf. It can get fairly crowded on weekend mornings and weekday evenings, but if you are flexible and can pick your times, you will often pretty much have the place to yourself.

Very nice place to taste a little piece of the outdoors and nature, maybe even throw a few golf discs on the 18 hole course like we did. The disc golf course is not too long and includes plenty of shade along the way. Be sure to wear well fitting shoes to climb the hills and terrain that has plenty of rocks and brush to walk over and navigate, even if you keep all your throws in the fairway.

We played the disc golf course. Some of the holes were hard to find. Could use a little tlc. The course is used very often so it should have a little better upkeep. Fun course.

Beautiful park. We come here to walk, to exercise or just have a picnic. It is so serene, it's like having a relaxation session at a spa. Well taken care of and clean bathrooms. We love coming here at least twice a week.

Park is very nice, but it's pretty loud bc it's near the highway. There's nothing wrong with that, and it's to be expected. It's just not the atmosphere I was looking for at the moment. If you want peace and quiet, I suggest Cedar Breaks Park. My favorite thing was all of the turtles in the pond!! ❤️
