Biked here from the Heights with my kid. She’s three and loved the renovated playground. Big tree right next to the playground provides great shade for eating at picnic tables.

This is our new go to park. This park offers walking trails, playgrounds, dog park, disc golf course, pool etc. After sunset, the park provides light which is great for after work jogging. We normally park at the parking lot near the pool. We saw lot of birds flying around the park. One of our favorite things to do here is watching the dogs play at the dog park. Only problem here is the restrooms. Most of the time, the restrooms are closed and even if it is opened, the restrooms are very stinky and not clean. Last time there was only porta-potties.

Really nice park with a lot of interactive features and play structures. Can catch a friendly game of baseball while shading from the sun. The grounds are kept pretty clean. Look forward to revisiting.

White Oak Bayou lots of green space a frisbee golf course, skateboard ramps, a pool and bike trails. It is well maintained. More parking and less of a crowd than, Buffalo Bayou, Memorial Park, and Herman Park. I come here frequently as I live within walking distance. I walk an 80# Pitbull and never have any problems. All these activities coexist easily there

The park is excellent, it has a pool, games for children, lots of green areas, a dog park. You just have to be careful, a gang of blacks are stealing a lot from vehicles, the way they operate is; a black man on a bicycle (sometimes walking) watches you when you get out of your vehicle, and they follow you from a distance, if you see something like that run and get back to your car, since the one following you will only be alert when you return, while the others will already be trying to open your vehicle when you turn to return. The one following you will run and return before you, in order to alert those who are trying to steal your belongings in your vehicle. Always watch carefully if when you get out an African American is watching you from a distance and follows you. The best thing is; do not leave anything of value visible inside the vehicle.
