Max Starcke Disc Golf Course

Great course! Awesome pecan trees! Well maintained cause it's at a city park. Easy to play. Drive down is gravy didn't take long at all. Going back soon.

It is a nice disc course, plenty of large area to walk around the park. But I don't like a specific area, behind the kids playground area, they are too close to kids. A couple months ago I was having a picnic behind the playground, where the trees are, (better shade) and I saw a group of men looking towards us, making faces and asked if we could move because I was in their way. So we left, we didn't want any problems. But I was there first, so I think it would have been best if they skipped that area.

My favorite disc golf course of all time. Especially during spring and fall. Perfect for summer, as it has a ton of shade.

Great, fun and well maintained disc golf course. Not as wooded as most Texas courses but still challenging. The park and course are just gorgeous and I would pay to play it even though it's free. Thank you to whoever made this course happen. Well worth the drive from anywhere in San Antonio.
