I have played at a bunch of disc golf Parks around the salt lake valley, and I was pleasantly surprised about this one. It's not very technical, but there's also not a huge crowd like at some other courses. It's wide open aside from a couple of casual walkers and picnic park-goers. . if you're there to play disc golf, it's an easy course and great place to practice. Its not as technical as some other courses. with no verticality, but that's okay. If you're trying to work on your swing or just have an easy-going time, the holes are great and the park is well -kempt. The tees are very well labeled as well, what's the fun mando system challenging you to get your disc to fly around certain obstacles leading up to each hole. I do have two suggestions for hopefully the future of this course: the first is an overall map. I looked online and couldn't find anything. Individual holes are mapped out at the tees, but I haven't been able to find a map for the entire course which can make it hard to find which hole you should play next. My second suggestion would be that the baskets themselves are mislabeled. Now this could be because I didn't understand exactly which hole was the next one (again, b/c of no map of whole course that I saw) but I think more likely the numbering on the chain baskets is wrong due to set up our maintenance of the course in the past. I feel like I saw at least three baskets labeled 6. Never was able to find hole nine. It would be super helpful to have that system worked out ( clear labeling of the baskets and an overhead map of the whole course) Lastly, just consider that it's only nine holes. So if you're looking for an 18-hole game, try another course or plan to play through it twice. And you may need to get creative about where you're going to throw until they relabel the baskets. Tl,dr: Lack of a map and mislabeled baskets are why I'm doing 4 stars rather than five. But despite that, I'm definitely coming back there again. On the easy side but a fun, laid back place to disc golf 9 holes.

I've played this course many times since it opened several years ago. It's a nice short flat course in a quiet park. Eight of the nine holes are fairly straightforward with only a few trees to navigate around. The only one I find annoying is the number two which is narrow with trees overhead. If I throw even just a little bit off, I end up on the wrong side of the Mandatory. I can get through a round or two really quickly which is why it's my go-to disc golf course.

Great course for a beginner or if you need to get a round in during lunch.

It's a well maintained park/course. The distance of the holes is a little shorter but 7 of the 9 holes have mandos to add a bit of a challenge. A few of them really do add a challenge. Great course for beginners. Some of the T-pads are small and it makes it hard to get a full throw.

It's a great course. I'm a total beginner and I feel it's challenging enough that I won't outgrow it anytime soon. Hole 7 is almost always unplayable since it's right next to some very popular pavilions and people usually have chairs set up on the pad and the hole itself.
