Price was cheap and course was in good shape; however, my brother and I were sharing a bag and proceeded to be verbally assaulted by a member of the course even though we both payed to play. He acted as though we were harming his experience but we were just minding our own business. Horrible experience never going back

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! Every time i go here there is a problem. I decided to give blush hill a second chance and was reminded why i hate this place so much. Course is nice but the staff is awful. We had a group of 5, 4 of which were actually playing and the 5th was just watching. At no point in our golf outing had the 5th person done anything more than drive the golf cart but when we returned to the club house the lady at the front desk was screaming at us from the porch saying we needed to pay for the 5th player. We asked why because he hadn’t hit a golf ball once all day which was followed by more yelling like we were children instead of grown adults. We proceeded into the clubhouse where we could talk to the woman as adults she told us PAYING CUSTOMERS that it was an unpleasant experience having us there to which we agreed that we also had an unpleasant time and would not be coming back.

This is in response to Mr. Willett's recent review of BHCC. "Highly discouraged any people from coming here the place is run by the lowest of the low no drinking on the course and everyone must have their own clubs only course in area to have these rules don’t waste your time at this dump" We would like to apologize to Mr. Willett if he received an inappropriate response or has an incorrect impression of BHCC. According to the requirements of our State of Vermont Liquor License, any alcoholic beverages consumed at the club must be purchased in the Clubhouse under the Club's Liquor License. I don't know the details but would assume that Mr. Willett was trying to consume his own privately purchased beverage which is in violation of the Club Liquor License. No Club can afford to lose their license as this provides an important revenue stream to their operations, so this has to be strictly enforced. The Club offers a full line of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at a very competitive cost. The Club also has coolers and ice available which you can take with you to keep you beverage cold while on the course. We want everyone to have an enjoyable experience and do not discourage the responsible consumption of Club purchased beverages on the golf course. As for the sharing of golf clubs, this is a normal requirement at most golf courses. This is not done to discourage anyone from playing, it is done so as to not create a pace of play that is likely to cause delays for everyone playing. BHCC offers rental clubs at a very reasonable price, $5 for 9 holes and has a variety of clubs from which to choose. While they likely would not be the choice of the experienced golfer, for the beginner or occasional player, they are a good option at a very reasonable price. BHCC strives to have all guests have an enjoyable and affordable time playing the game of golf.

Very disappointed. Today I went golfing for the first time at blush hill country club. First of all the owner Susie was extremely rude and unpleasant to my group. Started yelling at us and we hadn’t even started golfing yet. Numerous times. And second of all the man at the front desk came down to yell at my boyfriend and I because he said we couldn’t play 6 to one hole. We WERE NOT playing 6 to one hole. 2 of our friends were at a completely different hole. Awful customer service and I will not be coming here again. When staff/owner are yelling at paying counters there’s a problem. We were just minding our own business and we were following the rules..

Gorgeous course views, basic but reasonably priced, and convenient, but the owner Sue is such an unpleasant person. I always have a great time when I show up and one of the other very friendly, very helpful staff are there. When I pull up and see that Sue's there I'm almost a little disappointed. She should lighten up... it's not Augusta National or anything.
