Very clean, employees are present. Takes very good care of the field and playground. I'm super happy to see the new exercise equipment around the field. This is a great motivation for my special needs clients. They love it and challenge themselves.

This was one of the best parks I’ve ever visited! First off it’s in a pretty central location and easy to get to with great parking. Second thing is there is so much to do! Big playground with shade! Basket ball, pickle ball with the correct lines and nets, disc golf, the list goes on! I highly recommend!

Really great park, was there for the first time today for the fall festival, lots of space, nice playground, very clean restrooms. Definitely will come back with the family to enjoy.

Pratt, Brooks, Chatam have been connected for years and easily offers 5-6 miles of walking, running, and some biking along its many trails. Pavillions with lights & fans and adjacent wooded areas that have at least 1 creek feeding the Rappahannock River provide shaded areas and other opportunities for recreation. Very nice 9-hole Frisbee golf course runs through the wooded areas if Pratt & Brooks.

Huge park with tons of things to do. There’s 2 basketball courts, 4 tennis courts, a frisbee golf course, trails around the park and to Chatham and other parks, and of course a ton of grassy space. There are restrooms on site. There’s also a nice stage that I’ve never seen used before but could be a cool venue. You can park either in the parking lot off River Road, or at the very back of the YMCA that’s right behind the park.
