Had amazing time here! I did the front 9 of the lake course. I brought friends with that has never golfed before, we payed $35 each that includes the golf cart, we also rented golf clubs for additional $25. We had a great laugh as you can buy drinks (alcohol) to drive around with specially if you’re beginner. We were very slow so we did let people play through and everyone was very nice about it. Definitely be going again very soon.

Went to the batting cage with my son and it was a nice experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds I clean and it wasn't overly packed. They provided various bats and helmets to choose from and the prices were not bad at all. There was only one machine (45 mph baseball) that was not operating, but all of the others were available. Nice place to take the kids and have good clean fun. The driving range looked fun as well as the miniature golf but I did not have the opportunity to enjoy those parts of the facility. They also have go karts too!! For the adults, there was an area that had adult beverages for those that choose to partake while there. I did not get any food so I can't honestly give a review of anything but it was present. Overall, good place.

I’ve only used the batting cages here and they work very well. It’s rare but they have a clear process if something goes wrong and staff are very helpful in replacing coins lost due to malfunctions. Helmets and bats of various sizes are available for free.

This is for visiting Richmond Golfers. When I got to Richmond a few years back I found golf courses everywhere. I have been spoilt in previous countries by championship level course (not my golf level 😂) so could be a bit of a snob and wanted the same thing in Richmond. Some of the other courses are amazing and at $150 to $200 for 18 per head they should be. You know big wide fairways, perfect greens. Etc etc. I played at windhill and thought its was a bit rough and ready so went back to the expensive places. BUT I had a think. Why was I not keen on Windhill. The answer was fun - because it’s difficult 😂. This is a forest course. You hit poorly and your ball is gone. I have fallen in love with WindyHill because it is forcing me to be a better golfer or poor because of the ball loss rate. If you want a challenge this course is so much fun. The 9th is this big long drive then uphill on to the green that can make or break your day. There are a few fun 3 par with 1 over the water onto the green the size of a Hellipad, mess up on this and the balls gone 😂. This course is for the brave golfer and I love it. Ok finally it’s a 9 hole golf course so go around twice and get the bugs out of your game. Also great price - 2 people 18 holes around $110 with cart. They have a driving range that’s also priced at nearly free and a batting cage if your into that. Anyway this place needs to be labeled what it is - challenging golf without the snobbery. Love it.

This golf course is heading in the right direction and doing amazing things for kids and people of all skill levels trying to get into golf! Highly recommend coming out for their special events like glow golf or adult mini golf or even just a fun day on the range or on either one of their two 9 hole courses. It truly is a great place for just a fun day as Nicole and her team are doing great things!
