Beautiful open space. Nice elevation changes especially considering most of Norfolk is flat as a pancake. I loved standing on top of the hills watching the ship traffic in the Elizabeth river. Parking was a little confusing. I wasn't sure if I would get ticketed by ODU police by parking in the old golf course parking spots up by the clubhouse.

Beautiful repurposing of the golf course into a public green space. Great views overlooking the river and hilly views. Perfect location to fly kites. Only con is that limited is parking as the only nearby parking is the ODU parking lot. No fees or passes needed on weekends but would be necessary on week days
