Sterling Park Golf Club

Not recommended for African Americans. While in the DMV for federal training wanted to play a few of the 18 hole par 3 courses. I arrived at 230pm on November 2nd. Upon entering I was charged $33 and informed could only play 9 holes. I'm an avid golfer and finished in 45 minutes. The attendant was outside when I returned and and I requested to play the back 9 he replied, "Sorry, Bro." I noticed 4 people going to the #1 tee box while proceeding to my vehicle. There was plenty of daylight left and there was no one on the back 9 when I exited the green and it wasn't closed. I golf all over the country and never encountered such an lack of professionalism, disdainment and blatant racism!

Really love this location. Perfect for perfecting your iron game or just getting started. Course is always clean and well maintained along with the staff being really friendly and easy going.

Sterling Golf Club is an amazing place to work and to play! An all 18 Hole Par 3 Course beautifully maintained by a caring staff, many volunteers. We appreciate all who have come to visit and play during the pandemic. It has been a trying time for all and we are proud that we have offered a great place for fresh air, exercise and great golf. Member based but open to the public our prices are extremely affordable, as is our cold beer and refreshments served also by Volunteers. We appreciate all who have continued to set a tee time and look forward to many more great golf outings! See you at Sterling Golf!

For a par 3, the maintenance of this course is in really good shape. I much prefer this place over the Virginia golf center par 3 in Clifton. The layout is very friendly for juniors and anyone who is ready to take the next step after being at the driving range. Once done here, I would recommend brambleton golf course as the next step up. Love taking my family here.

Hello all! We wanted to send a huge shout out to all who have visited and played our course since the pandemic. It has been a very trying time for all, but we are extremely happy that we have been able to serve all. THANK YOU for your kindness and understanding as we have navigated in the best way possible to accommodate all. Our members are the backbone of our golf club but welcome new faces daily. It is a pleasure to introduce new folks to our amazing club! During this time we ask, please be patient and understand that: *We are limited on golf carts. With that being said, we are a beautifully maintained 18 hole par three facility meant for walking. We do not have cart paths and during Covid, as many other clubs, we have limited the use and rental of driving carts. *We ask please go to our website, PlaySterlingGolf.com to set a tee time. At times we may be closed for maintenance, men's league, or other reasons and would very much not like to turn anyone away if our tee sheet is closed. If there is not an available time showing that you would like to come, it is because we are booked. We appreciate your setting your tee time and also calling to cancel if you are unable to make your time. *We do have walking carts available for rent which are maintained to the highest quality with cleanliness and disinfecting. *We also have asked, and this is no new rule for us or any other golf club, please no outside coolers. Water is acceptable of course, however, we can provide you with a clear cooler and ice especially with hot summer months. We also have a fully operating 19th Hole Lounge featuring cold soft drinks, Gatorade, Iced Tea, Bottled Water, and cold draught, canned, and bottled beers with a fairly large selection for our size club. We also have a variety of candy, peanuts, chips, and hot dogs to serve. We are thankful to our VOLUNTEER Bartenders who work hard every day providing the best possible service to all. *During Covid- we have maintained an amazing procedure of social distancing, mask wearing, glove wearing and applying disinfecting procedures. We have provided reversible stylish and protective masks for sale in our pro-shop and lounge. We have clearly posted our Covid rules upon entry of our pro-shop. We are so thankful to each and everyone of you who has come to visit us in NOVA. We are extremely proud and thankful to our staff and volunteers. Thanks to all of our Greens and Maintenance Staff as well for providing such a wonderful place to social distance with exercise, fresh air, and a great time!
