Brought my 2 year old to scoot and play on the jungle gym. They need like 6-8 more inches of bark chips. The structure is too high even for me in some places. Also, the big covered area had tons of rodent poop and I just got the impression that this place was kind of neglected. It’s a shame, because I can see how it would be a nice spot. We didn’t partake in disc golf at all.

I had fun with my daughter Sage, a lot of little corners to explore and it was just a beautiful day. It's fun to people watch too as there are disc golfers and the burnt Bridge Creek trail runs along but no bad energy as some of the trail has. Thankful for all the beautiful parks Vancouver has to offer, very impressed on how they are maintained and they're all different which is an amazing feat with how many there are. Definitely one to check out though!

The highlight of this park, in my opinion, are the mature trees throughout. I realize that in the winter months I am not able to capture the full beauty of these trees, nor of the greenways along the paved walking trails. I would like to see how it differs in the early summer months. This park is large and has many open areas, including several disc golf courses throughout. There are also various bridges (I saw 3) that cross over Burnt Bridge Creek, which always adds to a parks overall scenery. There is a downside to this review, however. Maybe it's just the time of year; that remains to be seen, but unfortunately, I saw lots of trash, particularly along areas where there are homeless encampments. I truly wish everyone would do their part in preserving parks and recreational areas by simply picking up after themselves. It's free and requires very little effort. I truly hope the downsides to this park will be addressed so that families can feel safe here and enjoy the beauty of the mature landscape. 🌲

Our friends and familys do a lot of celebration of lives here. It's clean, beautiful, water streams, frisby golf, play ground for kids and it's easy to get to for everyone. It's within miles for anyone to visit.

What Happened to the Place??? Used to be pretty nice when I live here 8 years ago, now there are holes missing and some holes are placed in very inappropriate places. Hole 4 has been place within 4 ft of the river, which smells awful. So youre bound to get it in the river if your trying to get an ace or a bird. Hole 10 is also been moved down closer to the river.. within 6-8ft. Why? I get creating a change. But that river is unsanitary, and asking people to risk their disc and there health is ridiculous. The 9 hole course at WSU is better than this place now. Sad...
