Updated to 5 stars after recent changes. Disc Golf Review. This course is beginning to become one of my top ten courses in Southeastern Wisconsin. The course is not amateur friendly and the shots can be technical depending on where the pins are placed, with some holes have multiple pin placements. Twenty holes in all when you include 7a and 7b. The majority of tee pads are framed in bricks. The fairways can be tight as some are surrounded by thick brush or tall grass with some holes having blind corner shots and baskets tucked away in interesting areas. Other fairways are tree filled requiring precision throws. There are a few fairways that are grip it and rip it but the majority require a technical approach off the tee. Signage isn't the best here but my understanding is this is still in the works. There are "next tee" signs directing you in the right direction making it hard to get lost, however, my first time playing here was a little tricky as there were walking paths that lead my group the wrong way while trying to find hole 12. Update: Signage is much better than it was at original time of review. There is river on the back end of one hole that could come into play if you are not careful on your approach. There is also a lot of elevation changes so be prepared to climb up and down especially on holes two and three as you shoot over the gully. Some baskets are also elevated which are always fun to throw and miss over and over again. My only real complaint is the overflow of the garbage cans. I am uncertain of who's responsible for emptying them albeit volunteers or the city but I'd have at least expected people would take care of their own trash rather than continuing to pile it up on already overflowing cans. Update: I have not seen this as an issue in the last few years since writing this review. This is a must play course for anyone who loves the game. Plan on a round taking about 90 minutes for three people and longer when busier. I suggest playing early morning when it seems the least busy. I can easily see this course hosting some major tournaments in the near future. Update: Tournaments are held here periodically. Check disc golf scene to confirm before arrival on weekends.

Might be my favorite course in WI. Created by people that play the game. Clearly a passion project, all the little personal features are noticeable, the tees and baskets all have their own charm and the directions are excellent. It would be a bit confusing otherwise. Technical runs that are challenging but super fun.

Really solid disc golf course in a beautiful area, though kind of a lot of walking between holes. It took me and my friend 2 hours to play and we can usually play 18 in 1.5 or less. The course could really benefit from proper tee signs.

What a wonderful park with excellent terrain variation options! The flags were a super nice touch for the new folks who have never played this course before so we didn't get too lost :-). My only reason for not giving it five stars is because it was not well marked for whole numbers and yardage.

Been here once October 2021 and again today. It's been updated since then with more signs and markers all throughout. This 18 hole course is fantastic with lots of variety and of course some challenging holes especially with the Root River nearby. There is a bit of confusion with some of the trails intertwining but for the most part everything is easily located. It's maintained nicely and will take you a good hour in a half to go through. One of the meatier courses for sure. It's also free so I don't see what you guys are complaining about. Please consider putting in a donation box. I can see how much time and effort goes into taking care of this course.
