I love this park! I had my engagement photoshoot here about 3 years ago. Beautiful views and wildlife. One of my favorite places to either go on a walk, have a picnic, paddleboard, bike or just enjoy the views. Very family friendly too!

I absolutely cannot get enough of this place ! Whenever I need to feel as if I am in my own private world I head here. It’s absolutely breathtaking and will make you feel as if you are in another world and not in Yuma, Arizona. There are lots of trails and things you can get yourself into here, so I highly recommend coming here for a day in the sun or an evening walk with a friend.

Such a great, relaxing park with a boat-launch on the river, as well as an excellent trail that run east along the river all the way to Gateway Park.

Easy, groomed walking/biking trails and a wide variety of shore birds make this park special. There's even a sandy beach for those who want to get in the water. Cormorants, osprey, egrets, owls, hummingbirds, vultures, flycatchers and herons are all around the park. There is a really cute children's play area, too. Shade is plentiful on the east end of the park. And there has always been plenty of parking on my visits. There are too few benches & tables by design. It is one of the least compassionate ways we address the homelessness crisis in AZ. So, if you plan to sit during your visit, pack your own chair and picnic table.

Tons of grassy area and shade to put together a Family gathering! The greatest playground in Az, also tables and bbq's, nice clean and quiet, For the Fisher's there's a nice sized pond, measured walking area, Nice access to the Colorado River.🎣😎🤙Its a great spot for riverside photography, wedding photos, or just outside pictures. Follow the outlined trails with mostly shaded walking!
