Wow worst experience I've ever had, I go in looking for a lost disc, And get nothing but attitude from the portly gentleman behind the counter. I have lost 3 discs in the last 5 weeks and my name is on their chart saying I have 2 discs there, a Sidewinder, a boss and one that they just simply cannot find I guess, They say they only keep them for 30 days but that's a hot crock, I mean I've been a loyal supporter of shady oaks since 2010 I got my first backtag there in 2014 or 2015. So Very frustrating and it's is always this one dude. So my brother and I go in because he said they had my disc and this guy asks me "well what color is it what is the name" like we weren't the only ones in the store and then he has the audacity to say I'm just in his stablishment fishing for discs. I love Shady Oaks I am an active bag tagger a proud pdga member and I am no thief. I work hard for what I got and if my name is on lost and found then I'm gonna check. He wasn't just rude, he was very offensive especially when I wanted to buy a new putter. I just told him that I'm done with their shop or next time I will just record this unpleasant employee for Channel's 3 call Curtis. Just to be clear this 1 person knows who he is because I don't know who accuses a customer of trying to commit theft and then asks if "Do we have a problem here!?" Especially when I was trying to buy a putter. I plan on going back to file a complaint with the management. And The Beard and until something is done about this I plan to light weight boycott Final Nine disc shop Orangevale location. My very humblest apologies to the shady oaks community, but I'm 41 and knew when I was 21. WE CAN'T GO AROUND AND DISCRIMINATE AND TREAT GOOD PEOPLE LIKE THEY'RE COMMON CRIMINALS. There is such a huge selection in discs. So much nicer than buying online because you can actually feel the discs. The employees are always so knowledgeable and willing to help me find something that would be right for me. Great for beginners that don’t know anything about the flight numbers. Plus they have snacks and drinks for before you go out and play.

These guys act like they hate themselves, but hate their customers even more. Do not waste your time going in, especially for lost discs as they are actively trying to hide them to resell. No semblance of respect or accountability from the guys running Final 9 at shady atm.

I don't get out to this area much in my own time. However, I do get to deliver here from time to time. I love this store! 1. To work with. 2. To shop at. He has an amazing selection of discs! He is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful about all of his products and the game. I never walk outta this place without learning something new and a few discs. Thanks for everything!

A fantastic pro shop with knowledgeable staff. This has been my go to place for anything disc-golf related. The amount of disc selection is staggering! Mostly new, though they sometimes have used discs for sale. This trip found me looking for a new bag - they had every brand I saw online at competitive prices. Was able to see them in person and ended up buying two (one for me and another for my wife).
