Booked a Tee time online Wednesday morning for Friday after Thanksgiving for my son, myself, my dad that’s in from out of town, and his wife for an 18 hole. Meanwhile the only lady checking people in at the counter of a packed pro shop made us 8 minutes late for our tee time. She then turned us away and said no late check ins. We were late waiting on her to check people out. Maybe if this place had a faster system or more people checking customers out we wouldn’t have been late to begin with. I golf here regularly and am giving a 1 star for their un readiness and understanding that if they can’t be faster then they should allow people to be a couple minutes late.

My partner and I wanted to walk 9. We share clubs but were told every player needs their own set. They wanted to charge me to lug around a rental set I wasn’t going to use. I understand the rule for high traffic times but it was a ghost town. Would have liked more flexibility from the staff.
