Rancho Jurupa Park, located in Riverside, California, is an absolute gem for anyone seeking an escape into nature. Nestled along the Santa Ana River, this park offers something for everyone—whether you’re a fan of camping, fishing, or simply soaking in the serene beauty of the outdoors. It was a peaceful way to end the day. Pro Tips: • Arrive early to grab a prime picnic spot under the shade. • Bring your own fishing gear, but if you don’t have any, the park store has rentals available. • If you’re camping, book your site in advance—weekends can get busy. Rancho Jurupa Park is the perfect blend of convenience, beauty, and fun. Highly recommended for families, friends, and anyone in need of a little outdoor adventure!

Their cabins have bed bugs! My family booked a cabin for 2 days but we didn't even stay one night. We left at the first sign of the bed bugs. My children and I were visiting from Iowa. I had no idea bed bugs are a growing issue across California. I spoke with the Park Ranger Supervisor, and he said that in the past their cabins had been treated for bed bugs and the mattresses were encased in protective "bed bug proof" covers. The mattress did have a cover, but zipper lining was partly open, and the box spring wasn't encased. Evidently the cabins need to be treated again and discard the mattress and box spring. I spoke with a pest control company and was told that appropriate treatment measures to fully eliminate bed bug infestation generally involves treating infested areas up to three times and they can survive for over a year without feeding living inside walls, crevices, baseboards, bed frames, headboards, light sockets. I wish we had read the reviews. Many other reviews with complaints of bed bugs. Heed the warnings on the reviews.

plan a trip to go camping with my sisters so i know nothing about setting up a RV so my nephew his wife ( my niece) dropped it off did excellent job the associates at the gate were amazing. I told him that we were switching cars and then I needed to pass. they help me guide me through the campsite and they also let me know that my view was one of the best. Thanks again for all the hard work with parks. You’re the best.

We stayed for a week in our 5th wheel trailer. The grounds are spacious and there was plenty of room between us and our neighbors. There are several walking paths, and you can walk around the lake and ponds. The grounds are well maintained and all the staff were friendly. The park is close to Mission Inn and many of the restaurants around it. We took an Uber to/from the Inn and it was only $16 each way plus tip. Definitely a fun place to visit!

If you stay on the side of the park with the grass it's definitely a good experience. One major complaint is that there is no pool. There is a splash pad. We didn't have a major issues when we there either exception of the other dirt side of the park is a bit noisy at times and can be heard distantly from the grass & concreted side of the park. One thing I loved was the mini golf, it was only $5 per person, and it's really a good deal for some family fun. I love the course design and there's even one hole that takes place under a rock cave. It's so cool.
