Visited this park for the first time today! I am amazed. The park was very clean and peaceful. Many people were out walking. They have a free book library and a free food case. I enjoyed my time at this park today.. I would definitely recommend this Deer Lick Park.

I had a good experience at this park! I walked the disc golf course even though I wasn't playing. It's mostly in the shade and that's definitely what I needed. The heat today was no joke! 🔥 There's tons of beautiful trees. 🥰🌳 There's a pond with lots of geese, too. 🦆 They have food machines for the geese, which I love! Take some quarters to feed them, not your leftover bread!

It was a beautiful day to take the kids to a park. There was a lot of people there and a lot of sports practices going on. Great place to go walking for exercise plus you can do volleyball also. The ducks and geese like to be fed, there is a machine to get food for them. Anyone that has followed me knows I live the outdoors. Mother Nature gives the best feelings inside of us by just being there. Everything else goes away. My grandchildren play soccer here.....there is tennis courts

I love this park! The walking / running path is nice and smooth so you can push a stroller like it’s a hot knife through butter. Obviously, due to COVID parts of the park are currently closed but I look forward using them when available. There’s dog parks, skateboarding, multiple playgrounds, etc. A great place to host birthday parties/family reunions. There’s covered, screened in outdoor pavilions. It’s always clean and good to go!

Great place for a walk. They have also added free exercise stations around the lake for pull ups, a body lifts and a ski type cycle. Public restrooms are available and a playground for the little ones. One bit of warning: There are a lot of Canada Geese around the lake so watch where you walk along one part of the path or leave the good shoes home.
