This is my dog and mine's go-to spot on the weekends. Outside of any scheduled events, the park is never crowded. Plus, it is so large and open that there is plenty of room elsewhere. I can take my dog off leash and let him really run without worrying about interfering or being interfered with. There are multiple creek access points, several trails to hike, and other recreational activities such as disc golf and dirt biking. Also, hole 16 of the disc golf course sits atop ruins of an old stone tower. It appears to be an old mill perhaps. Across the river sits another tower if equal height and in the river sits the ruins of a wooden bridge or conveyor platform. Really interesting.

This is a huge and well maintained park. It extends along Drake's Creek and has plenty of trails and shady spots to fish and enjoy the peaceful flow of the creek.

It's very clean. Lots of parking. There are hand-washing stations located near the picnic shelter and the playground.

Great dog park! My dog always loves to get some energy out. The indoor courts and facility is a little on the smaller side and gets kinda crowded but kept up nice for all events. The baseball fields are nice and the overall park is pretty nice and kept up with. Glad this is a place here in Bowling Green, Ky.
