Wealthy people always have THE BEST parks for their own neighborhoods! Did a sunrise scenic drive the morning after 4" snow in NE Louisville November 2024. This is how it looked... Gorgeous, still, peaceful, calm, quiet, dogs having a blast running through the snow. Trees looked majestic. Definitely worth the drive. Photos are my own and follow DMCA protections.

I went to the golf course. Greens were terrible. Used to be one of the top courses in metro parks. Damn shame. No cups for the water coolers. Just not in the best of shape.

Rarely used park. People do use tennis courts and walk with their dogs. However, there is no fence dog park. There's only one bathroom that isn't operational. There's 2 porta potties, but they need to be emptied more often. There's 2 large gazebos with picnic tables and Frisbee throwing stands that people use. The park has been here for more than 40 years and has a lot of wide open space, and the playground equipment is fairly new. There's no lake.

This is an amazing place to visit. I highly recommend going to this park as my family had such a memorable experience. The slides were so gentle and the children glided down them without busting their head on the concrete. The dogs had so much room to run around and play ball and they were able to find big sticks in the nearby forest as well. This park even had a splash pad where the kiddos were able to splash around and have a good time. I do not think that there is a better park out there unless you are trying to find one that is not so family friendly, or safe. Overall this place could improve by adding in more taco trucks, but I would definitely come back. 😋

Mainly come here to play the disc golf course but there are several pavilions and an electric car changing station. Dog park also for your four legged friends. Tennis and pickleball courts and a football field. Nice little pond to fish ....don't eat ... Come enjoy
