I ride my bicycle to get a workout there. The view of the river and the scenery are calming, and beautiful. The wildlife is an added bonus.....very safe environment for all age groups. Family friendly, and is patrolled regularly.

It was so nice to be in a natural park such as this. For more than 1 week- I tried to find the space place to cross Riverside drive as a pedestrian. Nottingham Road has exactly this crossing- but even then, when the Ped Xing sign was on and the lights turned red, a driver at a considerable speed refused to stop or slow down. Anyway, other than this, it was all great at 7am.

Except for the idiots who walk in the middle of the road ....and cyclists in the middle of the road going the wrong way on a one way.....this place is great!

I spent some time at the part of Griggs Reservoir Park from the dam along the trail south near the disc golf course. Nice views of the river but really not a section of the park for walking. The walking path/road isn't in good condition.

Griggs Park is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time outdoors. The park is beautifully maintained, with plenty of open space, walking paths, and scenic views of the water. It's a peaceful place to relax, take a stroll, or have a picnic with family and friends. For those who enjoy fishing, Griggs Park is an excellent choice. The fishing spots are well-located, offering both calm waters and a variety of fish. Whether you're there for a casual outing or a more serious fishing trip, Griggs Park has something for everyone. Highly recommend checking it out!
