Community Park

Large parks with many activities. Entrance area has bathrooms, large playground, pavilions, and walking trails. 2nd parking lot has bathrooms and playground. 3rd lower parking area has walking trails and playgrounds. Park also has sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, fishing ponds, and frisbee golf course.

I enjoy walking all over this park. There are paved trails, but you can also wander through the woods through the disc golf course. I have walked to and from Wedgewood Park to Community Park. The trees are showing off their beautiful autumn colors right now. If you freely wander like I do, I recommend periodically checking Google maps to get your bearings. I have noticed 2 playground areas and the amphitheatre, which is currently under renovations, and also picnic pavilions. I'm pretty much a walker, so there are certainly amenities I didn't notice. It is a beautiful park and I definitely recommend it for families with kids, walkers/joggers, and disc golf lovers!

I have been coming to this park since I could remember. It is a well maintained park with nice walking paths & hiking trails, clean restrooms, a nice private fishing pond, and playground equipment/disc golf course. I always feel safe even in a more secluded area. If you want shelters for parties or reunions, they have a few nice spots

This is such a great place for kiddos birthdays! We had my sons first birthday here, you can rent the whole park and shelter house. There are several different sites to choose from also. They have the big public park and then you can reserve the smaller playgrounds for parties. It was private and a nice & safe area.

Beautiful car show today at the park! Hot weather, cars, & people. Food was good too! Lots to see & do. 50/50 raffle tickets were sold out & I was the very next person in line! A lady won $850! Great day for her! Lots of vendors & plenty of people roaming around. Very cool 😎 event!
