Not a bad park at all. Lots of things for the kids to do definitely, but there isn’t a lot of shade other than under the swings so make sure you have sunscreen! Nice little pool (more of a splash pad area) but you have to rent it out through the city. Some parts of the park look old/ worn down and it looks like there are some swings missing from the older swings set in the area. But other than that it’s a blast for the kids!

We were here for a big picnic and were able to use the playground and splash pad and my little 2yr old loved both!

Attended a Gun Bash hosted by the local fire company. Do have flushing toilets on the rear side of the covered pavilion where the lunch was served. All the kids seemed to enjoy the playground.

Great playground for the kiddos and even a splash pad when in season.

This has been one of our favorite parks since my 9 year old was a toddler! We call it the red slide park, for obvious reasons (the giant red slide). I wish the splash pad was open all the time! The bathrooms are generally pretty clean and I've never felt unsafe with my kids here.
