As a beginner in disc golf, this is a nice course to do. The distance might be long, with 18 holes it had some challenges. We didn't had trouble with the holes next to the water, because the water level was low. But if it is high it is good to play those carefully or the risk of loosing a disc is high. If you end up loosing a disc, you might find it back at "Abilene Disc Golf Store".

The park and course we're in pretty good shape and the holes were reasonably well marked. The area around the play set was a bit confusing but other than that the course was easy to track. It was pretty open for most if the course but it had a couple of baskets surrounded by trees to add a little more challenge to the course. All in all it was well worth the visit.
