I ordered a set of Viking Discs from these guys. It was shipped in a timely manner....but then it never got to it's destination (was lost in transit). I've reached out via phone call two times, text (as it sounds like the phone number is a cell number), and even 3 emails over the last 7 days or so, and I haven't received any response at all. They have amazing prices....which drew me to them.....but the customer service and contact response times are pretty awful. Update: Kirk (the manager) followed up with me, and provided good customer service. He made everything right to ensure that my order was received. Though things started rough, they made everything right in the end. Updated to 4 stars for all of their help.
