Visited for the Blue Ridge Soccer tournament on Labor day weekend. The grass fields were in amazing condition. Easy parking and convienent facilites. Nice place for sports!

Nice complex with what seemed to be plenty of parking. Kids played a tournament here and there always seemed to be parking spaces available. There are restrooms at this location. One downside is the lack of shade. Great big open spaces but no places for shade so bring tents and/umbrellas.

The sports complex is adjacent to Eastern View High School and some of the facilities are used for both school and local sports associations. There is a paved path that connects to Cyclone Way that creates a 1.5 mile circuit for walking, running or cycling. There is a children’s playground on the property, called Bright Spot Inclusive Playground. There is an unpaved nature trail with a view of a small stream where flora and fauna can be enjoyed. The sun sets on the western side of one of the fields and makes it a great place for capturing skyline pictures.

Sad view from this distance, fields closed, soccer goals chained together. Can’t get kids off substance abuse with fields closed. Way to see our tax dollars invested
