This park is a hidden treasure, it's located on Rhonda St. and not too many people know this park is here. Sandusky Park features a soccer field, a picnic area, a paved pathway (that's easily flooded in sections when it rains) and an 18-hole disc golf course. The park is a wonderful place to take a walk near Blackwater Creek. There are plenty of benches that provide resting spots for walkers and joggers. I don't know if there are any restrooms, but I noticed a couple of portable toilets. Today it's the middle of February and there weren't many visitors, but I urge people to visit in the spring and summer.

Only really used for the disc golf course, as the walking path/trail is nice, but very short (few hundred meters). The course is a great mix of easy and mildly challenging - good for any skill level. Only danger is the very close river on holes 1-6; many a disc have drown in it. Best of the open/park courses in town, probably.

This was my first experience of disc golf and I had LOADS of fun. The course, so I am told, is not the most technical, but for an ameture it was great! There is plenty of undulation, tree obsticles, thicker forested areas (including holes entirely in the forest) and a nice creek - which I ended up in several times 😂 Some of the holes do have some sketchy slopes, as I quickly found out when I fell down one... But honestly, I would come back here anytime to hone my skills with this thoroughly satisfying sport 😊

I just go here to play disc golf. It's a decent course that I enjoy playing. There are two Par 4s (Hole #10 and #17) It has a mixture of open holes as well as some in the woods. (Pictured below is Hole #10 teebox)

We adore this quiet little nature space. It is a great park for exploring, walking, kite flying, and splashing in the Blackwater Creek that runs along side the trail. There is a frisbee golf course, picnic area with tables and grill, benches along the paved walking trail, and a soccer field. There is no playground structure here. There is a single portapotty at the end of the tail, adjacent to the soccer field. It is well maintained and clean. The trail starts at the parking lot and ends at the soccer field. It would be good for learning to ride a bike. The soccer field is a great place to fly a kite.
