Was one of our go to places as a kid and teen with basketball, football/soccer/kickball, baseball and tennis...was still taking dogs to the soccer field and often saw walkers and other animal lovers enjoying the calm grassy field .as well. Recently blocked off and no trespassing signs put up at the soccer field, that also led to a basketball court. I'm guessing the town sold or is trying to sell that portion of the park so kids have to stay inside on electronics instead of nature. I am just sad to see such a memorable place be blocked off. Still access to a baseball field and skate park, unfortunately both unkept.
