Lower Cato Falls

This is, in my opinion, the coolest outdoor area in Manitowoc County. There are plenty of trails throughout the entire park. There's a pretty gnarly Disc Colf Course here. Down along the falls, there are bluffs that overhang the river for a few hundred feet on each side. When the water levels are higher after storms, sometimes you can catch some fish. Typically it's usually shallow though.

Went to wrong address found this one to be correct disc golf bit also 3 starting points for trail to falls took the middle one that lead to the falls then took a right. Very difficult to walk and muddy. But nice to walk next to river..has a nice rest rooms.

This is a nice park. We hiked down to the falls and along the river, and then we took a questionable-looking staircase back up to the Frisbee golf course. The playground is really fun and has one of those bungee Zipline kind of things.

Beautiful newer playground equipment. Very nice zip line for older kids. Nice hiking trails nearby take you down to the rapids. Calm pools along the shore are great for kids to wade and play in.
